Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by PlagiarismChecker.net to utilise the free plagiarism checker for personal academic use.

Plagiarism Checker is distributed and provided as is, and with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of Plagiarism Checker is entirely at your own risk. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this Licence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, PlagiarismChecker.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors, from any claims, losses, damages, deficiencies, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees and costs) arising from your (a) use of the Plagiarism Checker website and Plagiarism Checker, (b) violation of any third party’s rights, or (c) breach of this User Agreement.
Use of your documents
The copyright of any document that you scan through Plagiarism Checker belongs to you.
When you scan a document using Plagiarism Checker, we will add a text copy to our database for comparison purposes only to improve the accuracy of future scans for you and other users.
In addition, when you scan a document, you agree that 3 months after completion of your scan, we may use a copy of your document on one of our student websites so that other students may use it to help them write their academic work. You agree that any right you may have to remuneration for such use of your document is waived. You may not use Plagiarism Checker to scan documents for which you do not hold sufficient intellectual property to be able to authorise us to use the documents in accordance with the terms of this licence. You are responsible for removal of personal information from your documents, otherwise you acknowledge that your personal information may be uploaded with your document to one of our student websites.
Additionally by using Plagiarism Checker, you understand and acknowledge that this is a busy website and sometimes the software does not work as anticipated. We also have no contol over the quality and reliability of your internet connection. On pasting your document into the box, the software stores a copy for the purposes described in this Licence before performing the scan. We cannot distinguish between scans that completed successfully and scans that did not. You therefore agree that we may still use your document in the manner described in this Licence, regardless of whether or not the scan completes successfully.
We agree that should you contact us in the future and request that your work is removed from a particular website, provided that you give us the URL to where your work appears and that website is owned/managed by us, we shall remove your work as requested within a reasonable time (typically 7 working days).
General
This Licence is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This Licence shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Licence shall be in courts located in the United Kingdom, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by PlagiarismChecker.net herein.
